This subscription can be purchased as a 12-month WORLD TREK or as one of three 4 month CONTINENT TREKS.
The single origins are selected from a range of high-quality farms, micro-lots, estates and cooperatives from all over the world and we will be journeying to a new location, making our way across the coffee bean belt. The Single Origin roast changes every fortnight, making this a good option for subscribers who would like to try something different on a regular basis and learn more about coffee regions and the flavours they produce.

SIGN UP FOR A COFFEE SUBSCRIPTION
We make our subscriptions completely flexible to suit your needs, from how often you would like to receive a delivery to the type of grind you require and includes delivery to anywhere in Australia.
Our default shipping day is every second Tuesday, on the same week as our single-origin release, however, we can arrange shipping of your delivery to a schedule that suits you! To sign up for a Premium Coffee Subscription, you will need to:
1.Tell us which coffee option you would like – Black Caviar, Montezuma (Fairtrade Organic) or Casata Decaf (Swiss Water Decaffeinated).
2. Tell us how much coffee you would like to receive fortnightly - 250g or 500g.
3.Choose if you want whole beans or ground coffee, and if ground what you need it ground for: espresso machine, Aeropress, Stove Top, Pour Over, Plunger, Siphon, or other brew methods.
4.Provide your delivery details and payment details, and you're done! Once we've received your order we'll get in contact with you to set up the recurring payment, so you know real people are making the payments for you on our end!
COFFEE
Crema Coffee Garage sources coffee beans from a variety of regions around the world, including Africa, the Americas and parts of Asia. We source our beans direct from the origin and also via green bean traders, who work with farmers and producers to find the best beans available.
All our coffee is currently roasted, blended and bagged in our Newcastle location, guaranteeing freshness and quality. We sell several house blends, seasonal blends, cold brew beans, and new single origins monthly. See our range of coffee beans here.
Yes. Our Montezuma blend is both certified Fairtrade and certified organic. Available for purchase online or in store in 1kg, 500g and 250g bags.
Yes! We sell a variety of green beans in 1kg bags, sourced from popular coffee regions including: Ethiopian Yirgacheffe, Indian Robusta, Sumatra Kuda Mas, Colombia Popayan, Brazil Ruby, Guatemala Antigua Los Volcanos, and Uganda Mt Elgon Bugisu. PLEASE NOTE: Current availability of green beans is limited due to supply issues. If you'd like to make an inquiry into what green beans we currently have available, please get in touch.
The majority of our blends are 100% Arabica, however we do have three blends that are mixed with a very high quality Indian Honey Processed Robusta: Black Caviar, Ruby Tuesday and Silverback. The added Robusta in the blend produces greater intensity and strength, making them popular choices among our customers. In fact, the Black Caviar is the primary blend we use in our own Espresso Bar!
Absolutely! All our customers who buy Crema Coffee Garage beans can have them ground at no extra charge and we can grind them for whatever method you’re using to brew. If you’re unsure about what grind you need, just have a chat to our staff who can help work out how coarse or fine you need the grind.
Short answer: No. Please no.
Long Answer: If you have whole beans at home that you are not going to use for quite some time (months or longer) and you really don’t want to waste them, then okay… store them in your freezer. Just make sure that when you use them again, only defrost the amount you’re using and use it straight away. However, in terms of a general storing method for everyday use, we do not recommend storing in your fridge or freezer. This is known as wet storage and basically what happens is the beans soak up every bit of moisture they can, quickly losing flavour and integrity.
The best method for storing your coffee beans or grind, is to put them in an airtight container (Friis containers are a blessing for this) and store in a cool dark place, such as your pantry. This will slow the staling process significantly and keep your coffee fresher for longer.
This is a more complicated question than it appears, as there are a number of factors that age beans and grind. Essentially you have anywhere between 4-6 weeks after roasting for whole beans and up to 3 weeks from the roast date for ground coffee, because it will stale quicker once ground. You will still be able to use your beans or grind outside of these time frames, but it’s a basic guideline for getting the best flavours out of your brew.

Yes, we sell ESE Pods and ten gram pods in selected blends, including Altitude and Silverback. You can browse these here. At this time, we do not sell pods for pod machines.
We use BioPak cups for our take away coffee. They are a company focused on environmental sustainability. Wherever possible they use raw materials that are bio-based, recycled, non-toxic or biodegradable, and their cups are recyclable. They also donate 7.5% of all profits to environmental restoration initiatives and welfare community, and 1% of all profits to the Rainforest Rescue initiative.

Yes, both our Newcastle and Brisbane locations features a showroom where you can see a variety of home and office machines on display. We run demos as well, so you can try before you buy, all you have to do is ring our store and make an appointment!

Delivery is available to all areas in Australia via Australia Post, with orders roasted and posted typically within 24 hours of ordering. Please allow up to 5 working days for your order to arrive. Yes, we have a 14 day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can contact us via email or phone for a replacement or credit note of the purchase price within 14 days. Please supply the following information: Name, Date of Purchase, Order No., Items Ordered, Items Returning, and Reason for Return. Please return the goods to the appropriate office (QLD sends to Brisbane office, all other Australian locations to Newcastle office) within 14 days of receiving your shipment. If you suspect your item has been lost in transit, our team can lodge a Lost Package claim with the shipping provider. Please note that Australia Post deletes tracking numbers after 3 months, so for any orders older than this, we will unfortunately not be able to process a claim.

MACHINE SERVICING AND REPAIRS
We service a range of both manual and automatic coffee machines, including ECM, Rocket, Profitec, VBM, Rancillio, and Lelit. We are also service agents for Jura Australia.
Unfortunately, not all machines are designed to be repaired, or it can be difficult to source parts. If you're unsure whether we can repair your machine, please get in touch to check with our team.
The cost of a service or repair will vary between machines and depending on what issues there are. All repairs and services not under warranty require a non-refundable $99 booking fee, and a quote can be issued from here if you require.
Yes! We sell a range of spare parts and accessories for machines and grinders. Spare parts can be found on our website in the drop down Shop tab, under Coffee Machine Parts. If you're local to either Newcastle or Brisbane, you can also drop by the store and chat to our team to help you find what you need.
